About the role

  • Sales Consultant responsible for B2B client relations and advisory services in a growing company. Handling client needs and leading to successful contracts with a focus on risk assessment and solution presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Own responsibility from the initial consultation through to a successful close
  • Conduct advisory meetings with business clients (mostly online via video conference)
  • Identify risks in the event of an owner’s incapacity and present appropriate solutions (contingency plans, emergency concepts, digital services)
  • Maintain existing client relationships with a focus on cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Close collaboration with partner management and marketing to ensure optimal lead handling

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling
  • Enjoy identifying customer needs and converting them into successful contract closures
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Independent, structured working style; CRM experience is an advantage
  • High self-motivation and service orientation
