Responsibilities
Manage the administration of our container data, thoroughly investigating all customer queries.
Take ownership of sales ledger queries including delivery and pricing issues and resolve in a timely manner
Process credit requests and goods returns orders in SAP.
Log complaints accurately on Univar ERP system, support the identification of the root cause, capture corrective actions and co-ordinate the customer responses.
Process requests for new and amended accounts.
Log customers regulatory requests accurately on the ticketing system.
Providing first class service by understanding our customers’ requirements and developing a deep understanding of what they need from our business.
Requirements
Are a UK resident and currently living in the UK
Have the right to work in the UK - an offer of employment is subject to satisfactory proof of this.
Are very comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software, (experience of SAP would be an advantageous)
Delight in investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right
