About the role

  • Sales Administrator providing administrative support to Coates' North Business Unit sales team. Managing reporting, customer information, and compliance processes in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and reporting support to the sales admin team
  • Management of the North Sales Support inbox
  • Generating monthly internal sales reports and dashboards
  • Completing Business Unit customer project reporting requirements
  • Managing customer supplier compliance systems
  • Maintaining customer profiles and access in Coates Connect
  • Managing third party portal compliance
  • Generating purchase orders for sales team as required
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, approvals and bookings for the sales team
  • Supporting the integrity and continuous improvement of sales administration processes procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Experience managing competing priorities and strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail and process accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
  • Can do attitude and ability to problem solve
  • Highly organised and proficient in data entry
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
