Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and reporting support to the sales admin team
Management of the North Sales Support inbox
Generating monthly internal sales reports and dashboards
Completing Business Unit customer project reporting requirements
Managing customer supplier compliance systems
Maintaining customer profiles and access in Coates Connect
Managing third party portal compliance
Generating purchase orders for sales team as required
Coordinating travel arrangements, approvals and bookings for the sales team
Supporting the integrity and continuous improvement of sales administration processes procedures.
Requirements
Proven administrative experience
Experience managing competing priorities and strict deadlines
High attention to detail and process accuracy
Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
Can do attitude and ability to problem solve
Highly organised and proficient in data entry
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
