About the role

  • Administrative Sales Assistant at PSS Positivo Servers & Solutions handling order processing and client database management. Collaborating with various departments and maintaining operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enter orders and credit requests in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies;
  • Register customers and keep customer records up to date, ensuring data integrity;
  • Act as the liaison with Purchasing, Production and Shipping departments, ensuring proper process flow;
  • Support the administrative team in operational routines and internal control activities;
  • Monitor deadlines, documentation and approvals, ensuring targets and deliverables are met;
  • Assist in preparing reports and administrative controls;
  • Communicate clearly and assertively with different departments, demonstrating critical thinking and strong writing skills;
  • Provide support for various administrative requests and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics or related fields;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, proactive, with logical reasoning and critical thinking;
  • Previous experience in administrative routines, order processing, invoicing or commercial support;
  • Knowledge of SAP or Proteus is a plus.
