Responsibilities
Earnest HR Professional looking to support a maturing organization through critical HR objectives and key results
Reporting to the VP, HR, the HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the field for daily core HR needs including Safety & Risk, Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment Support and projects as assigned
Cascades the vision of Quest Food Management Services ensuring the Quest vision, values are effectively communicated, understood, and practiced
Develop and implement Quest Safety Program
Conduct safety training for employees on policies, procedures, and hazard recognition
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and identify hazardous conditions
Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
Excellent attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Prepare files and reports for Leadership as needed
Support Recruiting and Onboarding of Team Members
Special Projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of related experience
The ability to facilitate and connect with both employees and management effectively
Excellent attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local safety and HR laws
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
