Responsibilities
- Faglig spesialist på lønnsområdet, inkludert rådgivning til ledere og ansatte om lønn, tariffavtaler og skiftordninger

- Uttak og analyse av lønnsdata, inkludert rapportering internt og ekstern
- Utarbeide arbeidsavtaler i henhold til gjeldende tariffavtaler og lovverk
- Bidra til standardisering og kontinuerlig forbedring av HR-prosesser, med fokus på digitalisering og kompetansedeling
- Sikre at personvernregelverk (GDPR) blir fulgt i alle prosesser knyttet til lønn og personaldata

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 års erfaring med lønnsarbeid
- Utdanning på BSc-nivå innen økonomi, regnskap eller HR
- Solid forståelse for sammenhengen mellom lønn, regnskap og HR-prosesser
- Erfaren bruker av Excel som verktøy for å gjennomføre lønnsanalyser og rapportering
- God systemforståelse og trygghet i bruk av IT-verktøy og lønnssystemer
- Kjennskap til skift- og tariffordninger
- Kommunisere godt på norsk og engelsk
