About the role
- HR Business Partner acting as a strategic partner across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Driving HR processes and ensuring compliance in HR operations and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as a regional strategic HR Business Partner to functional and Country leaders across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand
- Drive and implement end to end HR processes
- Ensure effective organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leads for designated business units
- Translate business strategies into HR priorities and action plans
- Support change management initiatives
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to support Hiring Managers
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Support the performance management cycle
- Advise leaders on compensation decisions
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and high performance
- Support managers with employee exits and analyze trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
- 6–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HRBP or similar generalist role
- Experience supporting product development, sourcing supply chain, manufacturing, or regional structures preferred
- Solid understanding of local labor law
- Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple countries
- Willingness to travel (10–20% or as required)
