Responsibilities
Act as a regional strategic HR Business Partner to functional and Country leaders across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand
Drive and implement end to end HR processes
Ensure effective organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leads for designated business units
Translate business strategies into HR priorities and action plans
Support change management initiatives
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to support Hiring Managers
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
Support the performance management cycle
Advise leaders on compensation decisions
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations
Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and high performance
Support managers with employee exits and analyze trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
6–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HRBP or similar generalist role
