About the role

  • HR Business Partner serving Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand in product development and sourcing. Driving HR processes and ensuring workforce planning and compliance with local labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a regional strategic HR Business Partner to functional and Country leaders across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.
  • Drive and implement end to end HR processes.
  • Ensure effective organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leads for designated business units.
  • Support change management initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to support Hiring Managers with recruitment process.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 6–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HRBP or similar generalist role.
  • Experience supporting product development, sourcing supply chain, manufacturing, or regional structures preferred.
  • Solid understanding of local labor law.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple countries.
  • Willingness to travel (10–20% or as required).
