Responsibilities
Own the analytical foundations that guide R2’s most strategic and commercial decisions across five countries in Latin America
Combine data, financial analysis, and strategic insight to inform growth
Lead market sizing, performance tracking, and business case development
Work cross-functionally with R2’s teams to meet growth and profitability goals
Requirements
5+ years of relevant, applied experience in RevOps, FP&A, planning, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or other equivalent finance/investing/consulting roles
2+ years working in a fast-paced startup/fintech environment
Highly proficient in Excel and SQL
Experience creating and monitoring BI dashboards (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
