Responsibilities
- Execute the Copeland Global Logistics strategy
- Develop regional ground strategies and manage customs brokerage strategies
- Collaborate with business units to improve cost, on-time delivery, and reliability
- Lead efficiency projects for net productivity improvements
- Communicate and train local operations on Global Logistics Data Standards & Processes
- Own planning & execution of regional ground competitive tension
- Handle logistics provider issues as an escalation point
- Oversee data analytics for operational improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation, supply chain, or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years’ experience in logistics or transportation management
- Ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with logistics providers
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong project management skills including analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to travel to the United States (30%)
