Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product visions, roadmaps, and priorities that align with business objectives
Develop and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements to guide execution
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to optimize development workflows and program goals
Lead and actively participate in scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Assess design feasibility, evaluate business value, and analyze risks to ensure impactful product solutions
Partner with delivery teams to negotiate and commit to requirements while ensuring conceptual and technical integrity
Provide continuous feedback to delivery teams to improve product quality and functionality
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Monitor progress, estimate effort, and ensure projects are completed on schedule without compromising quality
Requirements
Bachelors with 6+ years or Masters with 4+ years' experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems or any related field
Domain knowledge of Supply Chain Planning with focus in Demand Planning process
Experience with Designing and deploying solutions using enterprise planning software solutions such as Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, JDA DM, Kinaxis, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Demantra, SAP APO or equivalent
Product backlog management, requirement gathering, and business analysis
Expertise in process mapping, solution design, and acceptance testing for enterprise-level applications
Managing cross-functional teams and communicating effectively in dynamic environments
