Requirements
8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare business development, with a focus on skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care sectors.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge of the skilled nursing and post-acute care landscape, including referral ecosystems, payer dynamics, and competitive positioning.
Proven ability to design and execute transformative growth strategies that deliver measurable results in complex, competitive markets.
