About the role

  • Implement strategies to maintain and own account relationships within your assigned territory of California and Hawaii
  • Identify and execute sales opportunities with an enterprise mindset
  • Develop, communicate, and execute sales plans and forecasts externally and internally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support a best-in-class business
  • Gather marketplace intelligence and consumer insights to execute brand strategy
  • Deliver compelling seasonal product presentations utilizing elevated and persuasive storytelling and directive selling techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales of Apparel, Footwear, Equipment, and/or equivalent industry merchant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and B2B Order Entry Software
  • Proven success meeting deadlines and sales/revenue goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with elements of ambiguity
  • Advanced knowledge of retail analytics
  • Time management skills to handle sample lines, territory travel, tear down and set ups, while maintaining order book and shipments
