Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviews, feedback, and candidate journey follow-up);
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process;
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings across different channels;
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they understand our culture and have access to necessary tools and information;
- Maintain up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system and area performance reports;
- Participate in initiatives and projects related to other HR areas, such as onboarding, employee engagement, and development activities;
- Support the organization of internal events and HR communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields;
- Previous experience recruiting for IT positions;
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset;
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to contribute ideas and initiatives;
- Interest in the technology sector and a desire to learn about different technical profiles.
