About the role

  • Spearhead recruiting strategy and operations across our portfolio companies
  • Craft and advise on effective recruiting strategies together with teams and leads
  • Craft clear and emotive job descriptions together with teams and leads
  • Manage our centralized ATS and all external job boards
  • Screen incoming applications and arrange or conduct interviews
  • Work with internal and external recruiters to execute the hiring strategies you created
  • Maintain a network of the best recruiters the market has to offer
  • Directly hunt talent when you have the capacity for it
  • Accompany applicants all the way to onboarding
  • Identify personal needs of all teams and make sure they’re met before it’s too late
  • Set up lean and effective recruiting processes and constantly improve them
  • Identify and correct problems in the hiring pipeline that keep us from attracting or onboarding top talent
  • Lead our talent marketing efforts to make sure we attract the best even when we’re not actively searching

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and efficient communication are key
  • You must be comfortable working autonomously in with fast-paced, unpredictable startup environments
  • Superior proven ability to distinguish top talent among candidates and recruiters, regardless of field and industry
  • Superior proven ability to style and write emotive texts and documents for the purpose of hiring and talent marketing
  • Superior ability to communicate with humans and establishing trustful relationships
  • Successful track record of effectively managing a network of top recruiters is required
  • Successful track record of directly hunting and onboarding top talent is required
  • Experience hiring brick and mortar shop staff is a huge plus
  • Experience driving successful talent marketing initiatives is a huge plus
