Recruiting Coordinator managing talent acquisition coordination for self-driving technology company. Supporting recruiters and leading recruiting initiatives in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Lead talent acquisition coordination efforts by owning scheduling of interviews.
Support recruiters by providing each candidate with a great interview experience (virtually and on-site).
Partner with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and interviewers on recruitment initiatives.
Assist with the planning and lead program management of our internship program.
Help to execute our university recruiting strategy in both Canada and the US.
Participate in team projects and talent/system process improvements.
Support broader recruiting efforts including helping coordinate and attend recruiting events as needed, light reporting, and sourcing.
Create and manage internal and external resources and documentation to ensure up to date materials for the talent acquisition team
Collaborate with the people team to improve and streamline existing programs and recruiting processes.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring new hire pre-onboarding information is up to date and scheduling orientation sessions.
Help with special projects when needed.
Be based in our Toronto office and willing to come into the office on a hybrid model.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar fields.
Minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment Coordination or HR Admin capacity.
Has an “all hands on deck” “can do” attitude.
Experience using HR standard software systems such as a HRIS, ATS and Google Suite.
Experience partnering with a wide variety of clients and senior level business leaders.
Project management experience and proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, self motivated and self-directed.
Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others.
Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.
