About the role
- Recruiter managing full-cycle recruiting for Hands of Heartland. Supporting employees in Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Texas to achieve their aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from engaging and attracting candidates to managing the offer process.
- Provide new employees with a positive onboarding experience.
- Keep HRIS updated with changes as well as any other systems or areas that need updating due to changes.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation.
- Attend and participate in career fairs and outreach events.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and Training departments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or four years of human resources or recruiting experience required.
- Experience and fluency in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Works well in a fast paced always changing environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks.
