About the role

  • Recruiter managing full-cycle recruiting for Hands of Heartland. Supporting employees in Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Texas to achieve their aspirations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from engaging and attracting candidates to managing the offer process.
  • Provide new employees with a positive onboarding experience.
  • Keep HRIS updated with changes as well as any other systems or areas that need updating due to changes.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation.
  • Attend and participate in career fairs and outreach events.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources and Training departments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or four years of human resources or recruiting experience required.
  • Experience and fluency in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Works well in a fast paced always changing environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic with attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
