Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from engaging and attracting candidates to managing the offer process.
Provide new employees with a positive onboarding experience.
Keep HRIS updated with changes as well as any other systems or areas that need updating due to changes.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and documentation.
Attend and participate in career fairs and outreach events.
Collaborate with the Human Resources and Training departments.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or four years of human resources or recruiting experience required.
Experience and fluency in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Works well in a fast paced always changing environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Demonstrate strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines, and produce work that consistently meets or exceeds team benchmarks.
