Acting as a true partner to the business: defining what an A-player means, how they contribute to the team and business, and ensuring your judgment and assessment are valued in every hiring decision
Championing our culture throughout the process: setting clear expectations, creating a consistent candidate experience, and driving outcome-focused recruitment
Treating recruiting like a product: measuring funnel performance, experimenting, optimizing, and continuously refining processes
Setting a high bar for candidates, interviewers, and yourself by being transparent, focused, and results-driven
Automating wherever possible to improve efficiency and outcomes for you and the team
Contributing to broader HR initiatives, shaping processes from their first iteration through ongoing improvements
Collaborating closely with numerous stakeholders: product leads, engineers, marketers to align HR needs with the company priorities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a high-growth tech or product-led organization
A proven track record of hiring top performers who made measurable impact on their teams
