About the role
- RELI Group's Recruiter sourcing and hiring top talent while managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Partnering with hiring managers and engaging candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and tracking, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and company culture
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other creative channels
- Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Attend local and virtual career fairs as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not required)
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- MUST have experience with government contract specifically filling roles with the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services (CMS)
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Clearance Jobs (preferred)
- Experience with Paycom ATS is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on-site in Windsor Mill, MD on Tuesdays and Thursdays
