About the role

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and tracking, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and company culture
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other creative channels
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
  • Attend local and virtual career fairs as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not required)
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • MUST have experience with government contract specifically filling roles with the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services (CMS)
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Clearance Jobs (preferred)
  • Experience with Paycom ATS is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work on-site in Windsor Mill, MD on Tuesdays and Thursdays
