Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and tracking, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and company culture
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other creative channels
Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Attend local and virtual career fairs as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not required)
4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
MUST have experience with government contract specifically filling roles with the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services (CMS)
Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Clearance Jobs (preferred)
Experience with Paycom ATS is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work on-site in Windsor Mill, MD on Tuesdays and Thursdays
