About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound tenant leads from channels like RentFaster, Facebook Marketplace, and our website.
  • Conduct direct, proactive outreach via phone, text, and email to engage prospects and convert inquiries into scheduled showings.
  • Manage the showing calendar to maximize availability and ensure we never miss an opportunity to connect with a potential tenant.
  • Conduct engaging and professional in-person and virtual property showings.
  • Create a world-class customer experience during every interaction, building rapport and confidently addressing questions.
  • Champion our brand reputation by actively encouraging and collecting 5-star reviews from applicants and new tenants.
  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality property photos, video tours, and virtual walkthroughs (e.g., Matterport, 3D/360 experiences).
  • Create engaging content for our social media channels to showcase property features, amenities, and neighbourhood highlights.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards for all online rental listings, ensuring data is complete, copy is compelling, and media assets are professional.
  • Conduct on-site unit inspections to ensure properties are "show-ready."
  • Track key funnel metrics (e.g., leads, showings booked, applications received) and contribute to weekly optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality (hotel concierge, server), high-end retail, or customer service where delivering an exceptional experience is key.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you're charismatic and professional on the phone and in person.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, apps, and various software platforms.
  • A highly organized and efficient self-starter who can manage a dynamic schedule.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings is required.
  • Demonstrated experience creating compelling digital content (photography, videography) for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook). A portfolio or link to a social media presence you've managed is a huge plus.
  • Experience in a digital marketing, leasing, or real estate role.
  • Familiarity with virtual tour technology like Matterport.
  • Experience using a CRM or lead management software.
