About the role

  • Real Estate & Facility Manager ensuring safe and compliant company facilities. Overseeing maintenance, construction, and driving sustainability initiatives in Serbia.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant company facilities
  • Manage maintenance, construction, space planning, contractors
  • Drive sustainability and e-mobility initiatives to support business goals
  • Lead and implement Facility Management program
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all technical installations
  • Manage construction and infrastructure projects
  • Conduct and document regular facility inspections
  • Plan and optimize the allocation and use of space
  • Oversee maintenance operations
  • Manage external partners and suppliers
  • Drive sustainability and e-mobility initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing company facilities and infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Advanced English skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Experience managing contractors and suppliers (additional advantage)
  • Familiarity with international work environments (additional advantage)
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other facility planning/design tools (additional advantage)
