Responsibilities
Build and maintain productive relationships with client management
Participate in the execution of audit engagements for assigned clients, with particular focus on complex and/or specialized issues
Collaborate on planning audit objectives in accordance with professional standards and with appropriate consideration of risks
Mentor and develop staff, conduct timely performance evaluations, and provide feedback and training
Leverage technology for continuous learning, team knowledge sharing, and to improve service quality
Understand the firm and its clients and proactively identify and present opportunities to apply knowledge and services
Establish long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
Moderate travel, typically during peak season (January–March)
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a comparable field
Extensive professional experience in public accounting/audit
CPA license or equivalent certification
Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries
Experience with ProSystem fx Engagement, ProSystem fx Tax and CCH Axxess
Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong team orientation and leadership skills
