About the role

  • Take full, independent responsibility for managing your assigned property portfolio
  • Manage rental units, common areas and individually owned units (Sondereigentum)
  • Coordinate the commissioning and supervision of repair services and service contracts
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and handovers
  • Plan and conduct owners' (condominium) meetings
  • Collaborate with condominium advisory boards and property owners to understand and meet their needs

Requirements

  • A passion for real estate and property management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the real estate sector, preferably as a certified WEG property manager
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and take responsibility
