About the role
- Hybrid role: attend the office weekly for alignments/meetings/reports and work remotely for day-to-day activities. Availability for short trips (interior of São Paulo and Paraná);
- Strong expertise in project management and people management, with a proven track record of delivering projects into production while focusing on quality, cost and deadlines;
- Responsible for the delivery of two store automation projects, overseeing the team’s activities, resolving conflicts, reporting progress and ensuring delivery quality;
- Solid skills in project management, spreadsheets and presentations; strong people skills for conflict resolution and negotiation; and a drive to deliver results;
- Prepare reports, monitor corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities, and participate in improvement projects;
- Monitor business process performance, identifying and evaluating non-conformities and their impact on processes and customers;
- Create or review documents and records related to business needs;
- Translate business needs into backlog items for the development team;
- Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers;
- Requirements analysis.
