- Prepare reports, monitor corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities, and participate in improvement projects;
- Monitor business process performance, identifying and evaluating non-conformities and their impact on processes and customers;
- Create or review documents and records related to business needs;
- Translate business needs into backlog items for the development team;
- Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers;
