About the role

• Program Manager overseeing project planning and execution at BetaNXT. Collaborating across departments to deliver measurable value and support operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain transparent communication among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics; identify and resolve potential issues quickly.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, stakeholder reports, and project documentation to leadership.
• Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support change management efforts related to project deliverables and organizational impacts.
• Serve as the initial escalation point for assigned programs/projects and ensure mitigation strategies are executed effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the project portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Development Managers, Relationship Management, Finance, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure consistent communication and results across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex projects in a professional setting with experience in the finance or technology industries preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
• Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects using structured methodologies
• Proven communication for coordinating diverse teams and ensuring alignment
• Organizational skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Proactive problem-solving to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Proficiency with PM software and financial acumen to support budget tracking preferred
• Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
