Responsibilities
As a Project Manager and Onboarding Manager, you ensure our insurance clients can use the EMIL Insurance Suite in line with their needs.
You are part of our Implementation Team and contribute to the digital transformation of the insurance industry by deploying our SaaS solution at client sites.
You provide potential clients with proofs of concept and act as the primary contact both before purchase and during implementation.
You set up our SaaS solution quickly and successfully for clients, teach them how to use the product and explain its functionality to ensure a smooth software go-live.
Afterwards, you assist with troubleshooting and questions, laying the foundation for the client’s long-term success.
You are responsible for project management and communication with all stakeholders, internal and external; you meet regularly with the team and keep everyone informed.
Where required, you document requirements, customizations and project progress.
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of experience working on technical projects or integrations
Technical affinity; a technical background is preferred
Able to build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable with project management and work in a solution- and detail-oriented manner
Fluent, business-level proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken, is required
Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms and the insurance industry is a plus
Consulting experience is a major plus
Curious and interested in understanding the insurance landscape and its processes
Comfortable in a dynamic work environment and familiar with agile project management methodologies
