About the role

  • You ensure that our insurance customers can use the EMIL Insurance Suite according to their needs
  • You are part of our Implementation team and thus contribute sustainably to the digital transformation of the insurance industry by introducing our SaaS solution to our customers
  • You provide potential customers with proofs of concept and act as the primary contact person both before purchase and during implementation
  • You set up our SaaS solution quickly and successfully for our customers, explain how to use and operate our product to ensure a smooth software go-live
  • Afterwards, you assist with troubleshooting and questions, laying the foundation for the long-term success of our customers
  • You are responsible for project management and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; you meet regularly with the team and keep everyone informed
  • Where required, you document requirements, customizations, and project progress

Requirements

  • You have at least 2–3 years of experience working on technical projects or integrations
  • Affinity for technology; preferably you have a technical background
  • You are able to build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are at home in project management and work in a solution- and detail-oriented manner
  • Fluent, business-level communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken, are a must
  • Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, and the insurance industry is a plus
  • Consulting experience is a huge plus
  • You are curious and interested in understanding the insurance landscape and its processes
  • You are familiar with dynamic work environments and agile project management methods
