- Implement processes and tools to improve efficiency and communication
- Support creative teams in prioritizing and managing multiple projects
Requirements
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) preferred.
- Leadership experience and/or design background is useful but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for creativity and the beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Design, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
