Responsibilities
Core function of launching products on time, shortening lead times, and improving efficiency via cross-functional collaboration
Development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and milestones
Track progress against plans and escalate risks or misalignment as needed
Identify critical paths and proactively flag potential risks with mitigation options
Own assigned milestones and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
Coordinate the product operations process from item set up to go-to-market
Track tasks, follow up on action items, and help resolve blockers
Foster collaboration across Product, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Sales
Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and external partners
Prepare and share status updates, dashboards, and presentations
Support prioritization across projects to focus teams on high-impact work
Support continuous improvement through process and workflow enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5-7 years of project management experience (consumer goods, electronics, or accessories preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time-management skills; able to manage shifting priorities
Experience supporting product launches in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with factories or manufacturing partners is a plus
