Requirements
Completed vocational training as an event management specialist (Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification with relevant additional training, or a degree in a related field
Several years of professional experience in an event agency or a comparable position
Independent working style combined with a structured and careful approach and a strong hands-on mentality
Willingness to work flexibly (supporting evening events or weekends)
Strong communication skills and confident manner, especially when dealing with diverse stakeholders
Experience in concept development
Proven experience in project leadership including budget planning, controlling and evaluation of events
Experience working with public institutions and political stakeholders is an advantage
Experience in event technology is an advantage
Proficient use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Team player

Class B driver's license
Business-fluent German
