- Facilitates project meetings, tracks milestones, and manages risks and issues to keep initiatives on track
- Communicates project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Maintains accurate documentation and supports post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned
- Contributes to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery and vendor operations
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in project management, vendor coordination, and business operations
- 1+ year experience supporting training or Learning & Development functions
- 1+ year experience working with project management tools and systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in HR, talent management, or enterprise learning
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
