Responsibilities
Supports the sourcing, onboarding, and implementation of new learning technology vendors and solutions
Partners with Procurement, Legal, and the Training Ops vendor management team to facilitate RFPs, contract setup, and vendor readiness
Coordinates vendor activities related to strategic initiatives such as classroom modernization and digital learning transformation
Tracks vendor performance during implementation phases and ensures alignment with project goals and timelines
Prepares reports and presentations for leadership on vendor selection, implementation progress, and value realization
Leads the planning and execution of training-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Develops project plans and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including L&D, Talent, and HR Ops
Facilitates project meetings, tracks milestones, and manages risks and issues to keep initiatives on track
Communicates project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Maintains accurate documentation and supports post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned
Contributes to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery and vendor operations
Requirements
3+ years' experience in project management, vendor coordination, and business operations
1+ year experience supporting training or Learning & Development functions
1+ year experience working with project management tools and systems
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
Experience in HR, talent management, or enterprise learning
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
