About the role
- Project Analyst coordinating project timelines and stakeholder communications at Tahto. Focused on effective collaboration and project delivery in the Aracaju office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the project schedule, identify the critical path, follow up on activity deliveries, lead meetings, and prepare meeting minutes and status reports;
- Align the scope of the project to be implemented with the requester/stakeholder;
- Gather project requirements, ensuring engagement of all relevant areas, identifying all activities and which departments will be involved;
- Build effective relationships with departments and key stakeholders;
- Monitor delivery to meet agreed deadlines;
- Track project delivery KPIs against scope;
- Develop logical reasoning for ideas, assigning relative importance to variables;
- Perform other duties related to the role.
Requirements
- Education level compatible with the intended role. (See “Annex I - Career Guide” in the Compensation Policy)
- Not participating in another selection process.
- For Group A: must not have declined a promotion in the last 3 months.
- Not have been rejected for the same position in the last 30 days.
- Meet the minimum required time in the role and since hire, as per the Compensation Policy.
- For operational positions:
- - No disciplinary actions (warning/suspension) in the last 4 months
- - Be in the Diamond, Gold or Silver groups for the last 3 closed months (excluding the current and previous month).
- For management roles: no suspensions in the past year.
