Responsibilities
- Manage bottom-of-funnel ad campaigns, directly impacting customer conversion across all our business units;
- Create, operate and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, always with a focus on conversion;
- Analyze data in depth to make fast, evidence-based decisions;
- Develop and test creatives and innovative approaches in partnership with our in-house agency, always seeking maximum effectiveness;
- Manage media budgets, controlling investments and optimizing ROI;
- Collaborate with marketing, product and commercial teams to amplify our results;
- Build relationships with major players in the ads market, bringing trends and opportunities in-house.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
- Previous experience in performance marketing;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and paid media platforms;
- Internal employees interested in transitioning careers and growing with the Performance team;
- Analytical, curious and hands-on mindset;
