Responsibilities

• Work on data center infrastructure and the Office 365 ecosystem.
• Lead meetings with the head office to provide status updates, track requests, and gather technical information.
• Perform technical tasks involving Windows Active Directory, access and user management, Windows Server, and direct server access and operation.
• Manage and execute projects.
• Implement improvements to infrastructure and server environments.
• Ensure governance, security, and availability of Microsoft environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong experience in support and infrastructure.
• Fluent English (required for meetings with global teams).
• Strong technical background with experience in Microsoft environments.
• Knowledge of: Windows Active Directory, Windows Server, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and Power BI.
