About the role

  • Lead overall programme portfolio of activity, collaborating with the Group Inclusion leadership team to agree core priorities.
  • Produce high quality communications and reporting on the overall programme, suitable for various executive committees.
  • Support our team to transition to agile ways of working, aligned to the wider Group ways of working.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and risks associated with inclusion initiatives.
  • Build, maintain, assess and interrogate diversity data and programme data and KPIs to report on the programme success.

Requirements

  • Uses expertise to act as the organisational authority on managing programmes within desired cost, time, and quality parameters.
  • Is experienced in applying the key principles of programme management, sharing best practice and capturing lessons learnt.
  • Maneouvres comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organisational dynamics.
  • Develops and delivers timely and regular communications for engaging stakeholders.
  • Has experience of supporting teams to adopt agile methodology and ways of working.
  • Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple partners and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives.
