Responsibilities

  • Overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives
  • Serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives
  • Communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally
  • Delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy
  • Monitoring execution of defined tasks through tracking of multi-year program milestones
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks
  • Identifying key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Working with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program/portfolio management experience in highly regulated environments
  • Ability to establish, maintain and influence relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Proven hands-on supporting large-scale technology programs from requirements through deployment
  • Proven ability to support and drive end-to-end change adoption strategies
  • Strong executive presence facing senior leaders
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong business centric mindset
  • Knowledge of Agile/PMI methodologies
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
