Lead and deliver a global PC refresh capability for a fleet of 70,000+ PCs.
Review existing PC fleet against 4-year refresh policy and develop an optimal approach to achieve it.
Incorporate company priorities, financial commitments, acquisitions/divestitures and organizational objectives into refresh program.
Define and measure an excellent user experience for PC replacement and incorporate into a standard refresh model.
Capture requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and develop/manage a delivery roadmap.
Manage refresh program costs and support objectives to deliver within budget.
Optimize global inventory levels and flex refresh throughput to manage stock.
Develop metrics showing outcomes, timing, pipeline and spend for the refresh program.
Ensure PC catalog meets user preferences, standardization, and cost objectives.
Manage targeted communication campaigns to drive user engagement and successful refreshes.
Globally homogenize refresh operations and implement Dell Lifecycle Hub for ~93% of fleet with local/hybrid models for remaining ~7%.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field with 6 years of experience OR HS diploma with 10 years of relevant experience OR Masters with 4 years and Associates with 8 years experience.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
Experience working in an operational environment.
Familiarity with versatile implementation options.
Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security.
Capture requirements and work with ServiceNow (ServiceNow service management platform enhancements implied).
Ability to manage costs, inventory optimization, forecasting and communications for large global PC fleet.
