About the role
- Program Manager leading execution of federal digital programs, ensuring compliance with government requirements. Responsible for planning, budget management, and program delivery with emphasis on digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead program planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with government contract requirements, milestones, and performance standards.
- Oversee program operations including staffing, task management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, schedules, and performance tracking tools; ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables.
- Manage program budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program success.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers, technical leads, and contract staff.
- Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card is required due to federal contract requirements
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years managing large federal digital programs.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified in Agile certification.
- Proven track record managing large, complex programs involving IT modernization, system implementation, or mission support services especially within the Grants Management space.
- Prior experience leading at least 3 Salesforce Programs.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract types (FFP, CPFF, IDIQ, etc.), and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading programs in Department of Transportation, intelligence, civilian, or health agency environments.
- Prior experience managing subcontractors and multi-vendor teams on federal contracts.
- Certified in Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
