Responsibilities
Lead program planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with government contract requirements, milestones, and performance standards.
Oversee program operations including staffing, task management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, schedules, and performance tracking tools; ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables.
Manage program budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program success.
Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers, technical leads, and contract staff.
Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership.
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card is required due to federal contract requirements
Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
10+ years managing large federal digital programs.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
Master’s degree preferred.
Certified in Agile certification.
Proven track record managing large, complex programs involving IT modernization, system implementation, or mission support services especially within the Grants Management space.
Prior experience leading at least 3 Salesforce Programs.
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract types (FFP, CPFF, IDIQ, etc.), and compliance requirements.
Experience leading programs in Department of Transportation, intelligence, civilian, or health agency environments.
Prior experience managing subcontractors and multi-vendor teams on federal contracts.
Certified in Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
