About the role

  • Lead program planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with government contract requirements, milestones, and performance standards.
  • Oversee program operations including staffing, task management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, schedules, and performance tracking tools; ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables.
  • Manage program budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program success.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers, technical leads, and contract staff.
  • Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card is required due to federal contract requirements
  • Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
  • Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years managing large federal digital programs.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certified in Agile certification.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex programs involving IT modernization, system implementation, or mission support services especially within the Grants Management space.
  • Prior experience leading at least 3 Salesforce Programs.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract types (FFP, CPFF, IDIQ, etc.), and compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading programs in Department of Transportation, intelligence, civilian, or health agency environments.
  • Prior experience managing subcontractors and multi-vendor teams on federal contracts.
  • Certified in Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
