About the role
- Senior Staff Program Manager overseeing SAP ERP project delivery at Insulet Corporation. Leading program execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, program management, execution and on-time delivery of SAP ERP projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure that SAP ERP projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.
- Maintain and update project schedule and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, ARTs, and Solutions PI Plans
- Lead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned program(s)
- Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.
- Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program success
- Assist Business Process Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requests
- Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall plan
- Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated work experience in a technical discipline and in a program management role
- Agile/SAFe certification and transformation experience
- Project management certification preferred
- Experience leading development, testing, and delivery of SAP ERP Projects
- Experienced working with Agile teams to develop and launch strategic projects against concreate deadlines
- Knowledge of computer systems validation and QMS compliance
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment
- Proficient in the following computer software applications: MS 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project, Outlook, Teams), Smartsheet, SharePoint, Timeline Pro
