About the role
- Join Scaleway as a Program Manager, focusing on European startups and strategic partnerships. Lead initiatives to maximize Scaleway’s presence in the European startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the European expansion strategy of the Startup Program
- Source and qualify promising startups that align with our program
- Build and maintain relationships with European VCs, incubators, and innovation hubs
- Coordinate and manage onboarding and support for startups in the program
- Plan, organize, and participate in startup-related events (internal & external)
- Monitor performance and track KPIs to measure program impact
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives
- Engage with the CTOs/founders of startups and adapt messaging to a technical audience
- Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and outreach efficiency
- Support internal reporting and present outcomes to leadership
Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem (funding, acceleration, growth)
- Proven experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce)
- Familiarity with digital marketing and outreach tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
