Review, test, and provide feedback on new system features or changes to existing features.
Identify, plan, organize and assist with executing on improvements to Operational programs within the department.
Act as a resource for the department and business teams.
Independently analyzes issues and department goals, and can deploy working solutions to address issues or to accomplish department goals.

Train within department for the general and orientation modules and on specific programs.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in an analytical, student loan, technical, problem-solving or project management position.
Experience with database concepts and Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred.
1-2 years of experience with report writing tools –SAP Business Objects.
Experience with project management on small to medium projects.
