Responsibilities
Assist project managers in maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and expected progress reviews (CCC)
Organize and track project documentation, status updates, and action items across multiple workstreams
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed
Lead and/or assist in the planning and logistics for team meetings and key events
Support calendar, cadence & content delivery including templates, standards
Collect and compile information and prepare materials for consideration and presentation by leaders
Maintain accurate project data in operational and project management systems
Prepare dashboards, reports, summaries, or insights for leadership to support decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in roles such Chief of Staff, Head of Administration and experience in Project and Program management
Strong work tenure, experience supporting executive-level leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships both internally and externally
Self-starter; demonstrates initiative and forward thinking
Ability to work independently and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage changing priorities
