About the role
- Program Manager overseeing operational activities for Growth & Transformation at Acuity Inc. Supporting project managers and ensuring operational excellence for the organization's strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and expected progress reviews (CCC)
- Organize and track project documentation, status updates, and action items across multiple workstreams
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed
- Lead and/or assist in the planning and logistics for team meetings and key events
- Support calendar, cadence & content delivery including templates, standards
- Collect and compile information and prepare materials for consideration and presentation by leaders
- Maintain accurate project data in operational and project management systems
- Prepare dashboards, reports, summaries, or insights for leadership to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in roles such Chief of Staff, Head of Administration and experience in Project and Program management
- Strong work tenure, experience supporting executive-level leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships both internally and externally
- Self-starter; demonstrates initiative and forward thinking
- Ability to work independently and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage changing priorities
