About the role

  • Serve as a direct point of contact for Account Executives and Clients on assigned Program Accounts
  • Liaise between AE/Client and internal HALO Departments including Inventory Management, AR, Marketing, etc.
  • Manage program to meet or exceed requirements in Contract and Business Requirement Docs
  • Lead strategy meetings with technology resources to identify and execute processes
  • Understand and manage program profitability goals, reducing inventory and staff expense
  • Own client-related calendars (marketing, merchandising, product load/refresh) and manage timeline benchmarks
  • Prepare internal and external program reviews monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Resolve issues, delays and conflicts between internal departments
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate project details, deliverables, and changes to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage client expectations and communicate project processes, approvals, and timelines
  • Manage and communicate changes to existing programs, new programs and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze sales, inventory and usage reports to guide inventory and program performance decisions
  • Execute long-range sales and marketing plans to generate increased revenue growth of assigned accounts
  • Identify new sales opportunities and engage appropriate personnel
  • Collaborate with clients to create metrics, sales and revenue projections
  • Work within program expense budgets including sample and marketing spend

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3+ year of account or program management experience required
  • Previous experience in the promotional products industry preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations
  • Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision
  • Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions
