- Coordinate and manage the execution of market-specific product and pricing changes, ensuring all systems, teams, and communications align to launch requirements.
- Maintain detailed project runbooks and trackers, owning task dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Execute 30–40% of operational tasks directly — such as data updates, validation, documentation, and configuration changes.
- Conduct light technical validation using APIs and SQL to confirm data accuracy and measure impact.
- Liaise with engineering and go-to-market teams to ensure cross-functional readiness.
- Report weekly on progress, risks, and blockers with concise, actionable updates.
- Document learnings and contribute to repeatable playbooks that improve future execution cycles.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Technical PM roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — capable of managing large, detailed workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency with APIs and SQL for data validation and light analysis.
- Excellent written communication and ability to convey complex updates simply.
- Collaborative, low-ego, and pragmatic — thrives in cross-functional settings without the need for formal authority.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or regulatory environments is advantageous but not essential.
