About the role

  • Product Operations Manager architecting operational efficiency and transparency for a global learning technology provider. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline product delivery processes and enhance automation.

Responsibilities

  • The "Glue" of the Stack: Use n8n and AI-driven automation to ensure data flows seamlessly between Jira, Figma, Userpilot, Custify, and Google Workspace.
  • Eliminate Duplication: Identify where data is being entered twice or work is being duplicated across systems; build the automations to fix it.
  • AI Enablement: Proactively identify opportunities to use Gemini and other LLM tools to automate status updates, summarize feedback, or categorize Jira tickets.
  • Dev-to-CEO Visibility: Build and maintain the "Pulse" of the product—automated views that show real-time progress of development initiatives for every level of the business.
  • Single Source of Truth: Ensure that what is happening in the code is accurately reflected in our roadmaps and customer-facing communications without manual intervention.
  • Cross-Functional Smoothing: Identify bottlenecks between the Product team and the rest of the business (e.g., Sales wanting updates, CS reporting bugs) and build the systems to automate those interactions.
  • Release Playbooks: Standardize and automate the "Go-to-Market" process so that every time a developer closes a ticket, the right people in the business are notified and artifacts produced.
  • Toolstack Optimization: Manage the administration of our core tools (Jira, Figma, Userpilot) and the costs associated with them.
  • Documentation Librarian: Ensure that our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) is documented and followed, making it easy for anyone in the company to understand how we build product.

Requirements

  • The Automation Expert: You have a working understanding of (or a deep desire to master) n8n and low-code integration platforms.
  • AI Literate: You are comfortable using Gemini and other AI tools to speed up workflows and automate content/data processing.
  • Systems Thinker: You don't just fix a problem; you build a system that prevents the problem from happening again.
  • Communication: You can talk "developer" to the engineering team and "business" to the executive team, translating technical progress into strategic value in a visual way.
  • Agile Fluency: Deep familiarity with Jira and how to structure it to provide maximum visibility with minimum "admin" for the PMs.
  • Preferred Technology Experience
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Power-user level skill in Jira.
  • Experience with Custify and Hubspot or similar Customer Success and sales platforms preferred.
  • Exposure to Userpilot or product-led growth tools.
