About the role
- Conducting client qualification calls and product demonstrations with sales representatives
- Supporting the sales team with all product feature related queries
- Setting and achieving sales-related goals
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating issues and possible solutions to upper management
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies
- Supporting the production and maintenance of sales collateral such as training videos, interactive demos, and presentations
- Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations
Requirements
- Two years experience in a customer or client facing role (i.e. Customer Success)
- Experience with implementing SaaS or similar products for large enterprise users is a bonus
- Strong aptitude with an ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
- Self-motivated, confident, competitive, detailed-oriented, and big appetite for high achievement
- Available to work flexible hours/shifts, including on-call and statutory holidays
- Superb customer service skills
- Interested in technology and how money gets from point A to Point B
- A second language is an asset
- Looking for growth potential in the role and organization
