About the role
- Provide Civil Construction product support, system testing, and training to resellers and end customers globally
- Deliver fast and efficient solutions to business partners, resellers, regional service centers, end-users, and internal Trimble teams
- Provide advanced technical product assistance on problems of diverse scope
- Participate in ongoing product development, representing the voice of the customer
- Perform system acceptance testing
- Develop technical communications in multiple media formats
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of construction software applications, site positioning solutions and machine control systems
- Ability to accurately interpret complex hydraulic schematics and diagrams
- Solid foundation in electrical theory and principles
- Proficiency in one or more welding techniques, such as MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), or Flux-Cored (FCAW) is advantageous
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independently and efficiently manage and prioritize a high volume of technical support tasks
- Field experience or higher education in Geomatics, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering
