About the role
- Own and grow the Data Center Operations market in the Southeast US and into Latin America
- Market mapping, proactive business development, and relationship building to deliver high-value recruitment solutions to new and established clients
- Leverage existing client relationships, warm network, and Harper Harrison/LHi brand to win business
- Recruit across the full project lifecycle: site selection, design, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations
- Collaborate with nearly 100 colleagues across 4 US locations and contribute to business development and client engagement
Requirements
- Proven agency recruitment experience at Principal level or above
- Experience in Data Center Operations, Facilities Management, or mission-critical infrastructure recruitment (preferred)
- Track record of business development success, ideally building a market from the ground up
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client partnerships
- Ambition to capitalise on Miami's booming technology infrastructure and data center market
- Desirable experience of building out a market / niche
