About the role

  • Together with our Sales Managers, you form a strong team and convince potential customers of the added value of our software solutions
  • You contribute your subject-matter expertise by competently advising potential customers on implementing their requirements and project objectives
  • Based on the requirements, you develop tailored implementation concepts in coordination with the responsible delivery teams and prepare proposals
  • You act as a key interface within the organization, paving the way from the sales phase to the implementation of customer projects

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in presales or a comparable area
  • Ideally, initial experience leading implementation projects for complex/consultative software
  • Strong customer focus, self-motivation and enjoyment of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good technical understanding; IT knowledge in software architecture or databases (SQL) is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English
