Sales Engineer supporting pre-sales solutions focused on network and security projects at Teltec. Leveraging technical expertise to assist clients in complex solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support during sales visits;
Present solutions from Teltec's portfolio;
Gather clients' project requirements;
Define and position solutions for client projects of medium or high complexity;
Define the scope of services required for medium or high complexity projects;
Analyze RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposal);
Support competitive analysis studies of competing solutions;
Support the development of competitive sales strategies (technical scenario analysis - cost vs. benefit);
Engage with manufacturers/vendors and perform other pre-sales technical activities aimed at qualifying, developing, and closing business opportunities;
Perform testing and demonstrations of portfolio solutions (PoC – Proof of Concept);
Create ROI (Return on Investment) analysis reports to justify projects to clients;
Analyze client business information to present solutions and tools that can make a difference in the client's day-to-day (Business Outcomes);
Participate in vendor/partner events and training;
Support the commercial team in setting sales prices (transactional or recurring);
Prepare technical/commercial proposals (pricing, technical description, general terms, among others).
Requirements
Technical knowledge and experience in Network and Security architectures
Experience working in a team
Hold vendor technical certifications (networking and/or security)
Knowledge and experience in projects involving Teltec vendors
Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
